Today was the last drop in class for Fit4Birth. If you would like to continue to stay up to date with the goings on, please head over to VelocityFitnessandwellness. This is my newer page, and this will be where I post in regards to ongoing fitness related business. Fit4Birth will be longer.
My new website is 99% finished, so will be up and running for January 1st 2020!
