NEW SERVICE ALERT ⚠️

WCSC is incredibly excited to now offer Lactation Counseling. Because eating and sleeping go hand in hand for our little love bugs, and there can be a lot of (warranted) anxiety around this when sleep training.

Lactation Counseling is offered by our consultant, Hannah (RSW, MSW, RCC) and can be added on to any sleep package, or purchased as a separate support (virtually or in-home - Comox Valley area).

Happy 8th Birthday to the true founder of this company - the reason I started this business and the reason I pushed every day to be better.

This season has been hard. It has been a humbling smack in the face to practice what I preach. Our babies feel us; they feel our hearts racing from a mile away, and they feel us mindlessly scrolling when we're feeling low.

It doesn't matter if they're 8 months old or 8 years old, they're so connected to us that our mental health directly impacts them. So if your little one is struggling, let this be a reminder to look inward first. Taking care of yourself means taking care of them ❤️
