🏗 Capital Iron Roots: In the 1930s, Morris L. Greene transformed it into Capital Iron & Metals Ltd., laying the groundwork for today’s iconic store.

🏆 Restored Glory: Multiple restoration projects have preserved its historical charm, earning it awards for architectural conservation.
