Struggling to get past the first date? Here are 5 things we recommend avoiding:

1. If you’re having money issues, don’t talk about it
2. Do not mention past relationships- your date does not care about your ex!
3. Avoid politics.. this one is pretty straight forward.
4. Don’t complain- complaining sends the message that you don’t have control over your own life
5. Don’t talk about yourself the entire time- make sure the conversation is balanced and actually LISTEN to what they have to say.

It’s important to go deeper than surface level topics, however, save the touchy topics for a date down the road.

1. Hit up Beacon Hill Park and pet the goats (it’s not just for kids!)
2. Ice cream at the Beacon Hill Drive-In followed by a walk on Dallas Road
3. Grab some cheese and a baguette and head to Willows Beach!
4. Pick up a croquet or bocce set and get your game on at a park near you
5. Grab a flight at Seaside Cidery and enjoy the views of their orchard

Calling those interested in attending our event: we have received a very positive response to our singles event however, our tickets sales have not met our expectations in order to cover costs associated with hosting this event for you. For those interested, please purchase your tickets before 9 am this Friday morning so we can go ahead with this event. We only need 20 more tickets to be sold and we believe this is a wonderful opportunity to get out and potentially meet your special person. If enough tickets haven’t been sold, we will reimburse those who have already purchased. Feel free to message us for additional info.

Hey all! We have secured a venue at the Sticky Wicket pub for May 24th for our singles event! Make sure you go and confirm your attendance- you don’t want to miss out on a wonderful evening. Cost will be $15 per person and this will include appetizers.
