This flexible 90-square-foot space with easy and flat access offers options for multiple business types, from desk-based office work to therapeutic practices. Desks and chairs are provided where needed.

Our onsite manager greets clients and handles your mail and courier deliveries, while the community lunchroom with complimentary hot and cold beverage service, fridge and cooking/heat-up options offers a comfortable respite from the office when needed.
Tenants also receive FREE up to six hours use per month of either of our two nearby conference spaces.

Six-month or one-year terms and pricing are available, with all tenancies converting to month-to-month after one year.
