Lesser Slave Lake Regional Waste Management Facility We are the regional landfill for MD of Lesser Slave River and the Town of Slave Lake

12 km west of Slave Lake on Highway 2, across from the second entrance to Widewater. There is a set of gates across the road as you first turn in, and then you'll see another set off to your left which is the entrance to our Class III Cell. You follow the curvy road up 2km and you'll see a second pair of gates across the road which lead into the facility.
