You no longer dreamed of carving out time for yourself; you fulfilled it.

Our upcoming gathering on October 25th at Crieff Hills Retreat Centre promises to deliver gentle movement, nourishment for the mind, body and spirit. A return to who you are and what the next season brings.

Allow yourself to be curious however what you can expect:

🧘‍♀️‍Yoga and mindful movement
💕An interactive Self-Care workshop
🍂 A guided hike through the beautiful grounds of Crieff Hills
📚Reflection and journaling
🍵A nourishing lunch shared with an intimate circle of women

Hi friends!

I'm a participating team member of the Rock Garden, raising funds to support Flamborough Connects in their first annual Rock-A-Thon!
Flamborough Connects serves our community by filling the gaps especially for seniors with programs such as Snow Angels, the Wheel of Fitness, Educational Sessions and Income Tax Programs. It's important to note, some of these programs are brought to rural areas, not just Waterdown.

It’s the start of an intention, for one single day to carve out space for yourself.

An intention to share your experiences, knowledge and stories with other women in an intimate and safe space. We purposely keep our retreat days intimate for this reason, no large groups, allowing everyone to have a voice.
