Polar Bay Wines Waterdown's Award Winning Personal Winery At Polar Bay Wines you can make your very own wine from as little as $3.10 per bottle.

This is how it works: When you come in you pick the type and level of wine you'd like to make. After we fill a bucket with your juice and add the water, you add the yeast to start the process (this takes about 5 minutes). From that point on we handle the rest for you until it is ready to bottle. Together we pick a date and a time (4 to 6 weeks later) for you to come and bottle your wine. We provi

de the corks, the shrink tops and some of the kits come with labels. If you'd prefer your own custom labels, we can produce those for you right on the spot. Bottling usually takes about 30 minutes for a 30 bottle batch. If you don't have your own bottles we do stock bottles, both clear and green for sale. When you are finished bottling you can take your delicious finished wine home.
