Groundswell Coworking

Heeeee’s BACK BABY!

You may remember our friend Jordan Louis from a few years back at our Simcoe location when he was there literally all the time! (Good times eh Jordan!!)

As not just coworking colleagues but friends, we are so DARN PROUD of Jordan. He’s been through quite the journey of recovery and reinvention over the last few years, and now, the timing couldn’t be better for him to return to Groundswell…

This time as an Office Ambassador!

Having spent the last few years working remotely for a multinational web dev shop as a digital marketing data analyst on the Data & AI team… while continuing to do web development and 3D printing on the side … Jordan is a wealth of knowledge!!!

He’ll be dropping in every Thursday not only to do his day job but also to hold down the fort and help out with any tech, web, and yes, AI-related inquiries our ‘swell members might have brewing 🧠✨

We love that Jordan is so open to sharing what he’s learned over a career working with and advising nine-to-ten-figure-revenue enterprise businesses with our members …

This is what makes our community so powerful - experts coming together to share insights and help each other solve problems, because that’s just what they do!! These are the kinds of people we all are. Smart. And generous AF. Lol. For real though.

We have a few more Ambassadors to introduce to you over the coming weeks!

Interested in learning more about the energy exchange? We are looking for a few more dedicated folks to join the team - DM us for more details!

Memberships and day passes also available if you’re looking for a space to meet, work or meet like minds.

Book a tour in our link in bio!!

These aren’t desks. I know that’s what it looks like, but they are really just desk-like magic portals where ideas emerge seemingly from “thin air”, people grow into the versions of themselves that solve problems they thought were too big and business partnerships form over what started as a simple “Hey, how’s it going”. They aren’t desks. You’ve been warned.

So grateful our landlords saw potential in this building years ago and took a chance on it! Our community of entrepreneurs and remote professionals love the building, the community and the whole vibe out here. You guys absolutely nailed it, and we are so grateful!

From then to now ✨

What was once a historic building in the heart of Waterford is now home to a vibrant mixed-use space featuring a co-working space, local brewery and brand new rental units to support a growing community.

Coworking Space: Groundswell Coworking
Local Brewery: Wishbone Brewing Company

ANSWER: your local coworking space.

Yes you need to get out of your house once in a while.
Yes you need somewhere to focus where food, and laundry, and dishes (and Netflix?) aren’t distracting you.

But in our opinion, more than anything else, you need the right people around you.

The kind of people who are also goal oriented, pushing themselves daily, and actively building.

And they’re in coworking spaces -

Working solo
Jumping on calls
Meeting clients
Collaborating with partners
Asking all the good questions at the water cooler
Brainstorming on the whiteboard

They won’t let you forget your genius, your potential, and what you came here to create.

They’ll hold your feet to the fire, but also support and cheer you on (even if you just met).

Because other people who are also “in the arena” just get it.

But if you’re not in the room, you’re missing this magic!

If you’re in or near Norfolk County, Ontario… comment TOUR and we’ll get you booked in to see the awesome space (and community) working out of in Waterford.

Coffee’s on us!

We can’t wait to show you around.

Absolute legends, all of ya!

Huge thank you to everyone who made it to last night’s 7th bday party for Groundswell Coworking 🍻🎉

The team at Wishbone Brewing Company were fantastic hosts as ALWAYS - thank you all!

And another big thank you for all the messages, emails, texts and chats over the past week or so, too.

Feels great to take a minute and consider all that it took to get here, and to look around the room at all the people I now call friends, who I would have never met if it weren’t for this coworking space and the delusion that prompted me to start it in the first place LOL

You all rock!

Jess

Why your business isn’t thriving👇🏼

Ready for this hard truth?

Businesses don’t build themselves!

Sorry.

I know.

I kept holding out hope that mine would magically reward me for all my great work, too, until I figured this out (years later).

Your business needs a system designed to bring new people into your world, that then guides them toward making a purchase decision - clearly, easily, and in your unique way. Just - on purpose instead of by accident.

You also need to make sure you have the right business model, but that’s a story for another reel.

Tired of putting in a ton of effort and not seeing the results you’ve been dreaming of?

Want to dial things in ASAP!?

I can help.

First, deep breath.

This is figure-out-able.

You can have your first customer-getting system built in 6 weeks and then just focus on improving it from there.

If you act fast, you can get $50 off my 6-week program, Consistent Sales…

OR spread payments out monthly and get started for as little as $39 - only until tomorrow (Dec 12th) at 10am.

Link in bio or DM me and I’ll send it straight to ya!

After 10am tomorrow, we’re back to regular pricing. And I’m not sure for how long I’ll continue to make this available publicly.

If you want to turn things around in 2026, this is the only program you need.

I got you.

We got you.

(Because it’s not just me waiting to welcome you inside the program - it’s other entrepreneurs who are actively in build mode too)

You deserve to be successful.

Let’s do this.

What do you have no problem speaking about 1:1 with your current clients, customers and biz pals - but won’t say publicly?

I made a lot of mistakes since this pic was taken 7 years ago!

And I’m still paying for some of them.

Here’s what they don’t tell you:

Starting your own business is the craziest and most intense personal development journey you didn’t know you signed up for 😅

There’s no one to blame - no boss, no coworkers.

It’s all on you whether things go well or totally tank.

For a lot of these years I felt so ashamed that I couldn’t “figure it out” faster.

I was doing what I loved.

I was good at it!

And yet I felt like I was being punished financially, sometimes putting cash IN instead of taking any out. Just to keep the business going.

One of the BIGGEST lessons I had to learn?

Was to love myself.

I know, I know.

Sounds cornball.

But nothing can MOVE from a place of shame - you just keep staying stuck in it.

From LOVE, I could access clarity.

From clarity, I could make decisions.

From decisions, I could make a plan.

And from a plan, I could start MOVING.

Knowing I’m heading where I want to go and not spinning in circles anymore.

So if you’re in the “stuck” or “spinning in circles” part - know that your failures are not reasons to hate yourself or hide.

They are part of the journey! There is actually no journey without them. And when you choose to love yourself instead, you start to see what those failures were teaching you.

And you can move forward with this new knowledge, new insight and new clarity.

So really - you’re already winning.

Because you either hit the goal or you learn something that gets you closer.

Just. Don’t. Quit.

I don’t want you to wait until the new year to turn your business around if you need more sales coming in now!

And don’t worry - I’m not going to ask you to turn into a salesperson. And I’m DEFINITELY not going to ask you to start manipulating people and and forcing them into buying your products and services.

In fact, what we’re going to do is help you set things up strategically so you can serve even more authentically, and even more intentionally, all while reaching more people and getting paid more for your genius.

You can really make YOUR sales process your own. You don’t have to pretend that you’re someone you’re not. And your business doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

(You don’t have to be a social media star either, if that’s not your thing)

I’ve broken it all down into weekly modules that are easy for you to listen to and then act on immediately, so you don’t have to wait till the end of the 6 week program to start seeing results.

You can make shifts in your business from week one.

And the best part!?? If you join Consistent Sales today, you’ll get an exclusive invite to our remaining live brainstorm sessions on Fridays at 10am ET on Zoom - so you can get my brain on your business, while also connecting and sharing ideas with other entrepreneurs who are doing this work too.

But we’re only running those live sessions until December 12, so make sure you join ASAP, so you can join us before they’re done!

Comment 50 and I’ll send over the link to join, along with a $50 discount code available now!

Join us immediately and finally, start seeing the sales that you want in your business.

Can’t wait to support you and watch you win 🙌🏻
