I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what we see and what really is. We love to share our highlights, and personally I love to see and celebrate people’s wins, but it’s refreshing to hear the ugly stuff too, and feel a little less alone in the ups and downs.

I could go on and on about the challenges faced over the past few years. But that might take more slides than this carousel offers. Entrepreneurship isn’t for the faint of heart - but surrounded by the right people, it gets a little bit easier.

Here’s some truths about work life lately to serve as a reminder that what you see isn’t always the whole picture, and if the journey feels hard some times, we’re in it together my friend.

We often encounter groups ready to race. They think of kit packing as a volume and speed program. How many kits can we fill in 20 minutes?!

And while there’s a time and place for that, there’s so much more that comes with a program designed around connection and intention. The impact doubles because it creates a sense of community within your teams as well.

Most of don’t get to put our devices away and get creative on a Tuesday afternoon - and that’s what it makes so special.

I’ll say it from experience - “crafts” ARE for everyone. We’ve seen just about every industry and demographic engage in this program and the result is consistent. People like to give something they’re proud of (and then they’ll talk about it afterwards!).

When your audiences across teams, departments, or locations have a consistent experience you create a sense of togetherness that amplifies your message, your care, and your connection.

We’ve had the privilege of bringing our Green Gifting program to 6 locations across the country with this group and the collective impact brings us so much joy.
