In addition to a multi-stage interview process all investigators have passed a detailed reference investigation, background checks and confirmation of employment history. All investigators and support staff have successfully graduated from our comprehensive training program and fully indoctrinated in our high standards of business operations. We were honoured to be nominated for the Business of the Year Award (Over 50 Employees) by the Greater KW Chamber of Commerce, alongside so many outstanding local organizations: Gore Mutual Insurance, Josslin Insurance, RideCo On-Demand Transit, Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterlooo, and Flanagan Foodservice Inc.!

We were proud to attend the event with 16 members of our executive and management teams, allowing us to share this recognition together as a reflection of the collective effort behind our work. It was a fantastic evening and a great reminder of the strength and innovation within our local business community!
