This past term, ACE Consulting Group had the opportunity to collaborate with Feel Good Games, a Toronto-based game studio dedicated to creating educational and impactful children’s video games.

Our team worked closely with Feel Good Games to conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis, with a focus on understanding high-expectation users and evaluating industry best practices. Through customer and competitor analysis, we identified opportunities to strengthen product positioning, support user engagement, and help scale experiences that allow players to create, share, and explore stories together.

We’re excited to see Feel Good Games’ journey and are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a future where creativity and joy are accessible to everyone!
