We believe that the art of wine is elevated from product to craft by careful attention to all aspects of the viticulture and winemaking process: choice of land, selection of varietals, clones, rootstocks, pruning, cropping, hang time, press method, barrels, time in oak, blending and bottle aging. It's the attention to detail during every step of the process that allows us to produce the best VQA Prince Edward County wine possible.
