Grown right here on the upper bench of West Kelowna, the grapes for this beautiful bubbly are meticulously maintained to ensure the absolute perfect growing conditions. To give you the best pour possible, we crush and ferment the grapes separately to preserve their true varietal character, resulting in an ideal phenolic and vibrant colour balance.
