We are honoured to share that 700 Spland Road LP has been named the recipient of the Indigenous Business Partnership of the Year Award by the British Columbia Achievement Foundation. This partnership between Ntityix Development Corporation and Hungerford Properties was formed to directly address the vital need for high-quality rental housing on Westbank First Nation lands. This recognition reflects what is possible when Indigenous-led organizations collaborate with shared values and a commitment to long-term community benefit. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to Kilawna Builders Ltd. for their outstanding work handling site remediation and ongoing construction at səkʷíw at Keefe Creek.

September 30 is a solemn day dedicated to honouring the Survivors of residential schools, remembering the children who never returned home, and standing with the families who carry the weight of these enduring truths.True reconciliation requires an unyielding commitment to learning the truth, listening to the lived experiences of Elders and Survivors, and taking active responsibility for lasting change. In observance of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, our offices will be closed today. We encourage our team, partners, and neighbours to spend this time participating in community gatherings, engaging in quiet reflection, and deepening their understanding of our shared history.

We are proud to be receiving the BC Achievement Indigenous Business Partnership of the Year award for 700 Spland Road LP in partnership with Seven Generations Capital and Hungerford Properties. This includes the current səkʷiw on Keefe Creek rental townhouse project with 46 new units, and the previous remediation of 23 existing rental townhouses. səkʷiw is being built by our very own Kilawna Builders Ltd.
