Pat Bare in West Kelowna, British Columbia is dedicated to responsible fi****ms safety training and specializes in all aspects of fi****ms for beginner to advanced students. Pat offers classroom instruction such as the Canadian Fi****ms Safety Course (CFSC) and the Canadian Restricted Fi****ms Safety Course (CRFSC) which prepare people for getting their Possession and Acquisition Licences (PAL) a
nd or the Restricted Fi****ms Acquisition License (RPAL). Class size is limited to eight students to ensure that you get the attention and hands on practice you need to pass the tests. All training is done at Pat's home at 2128 Ridgerock Place in West Kelowna, BC. Pat also offers Hunter Safety Training in British Columbia. The Conservation Outdoor Recreation Education (CORE) program is designed for individuals wishing to obtain their first BC resident hunting licence. It is offered through a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Environment and the British Columbia Wildlife Federation (BCWF). The program is useful for anyone interested in outdoor recreation, wildlife and fi****ms safety. The successful completion of the program is required for BC residents at age 14 or over who wish to obtain a BC resident hunter number card and a first BC resident hunting licence. The BCWF is responsible for CORE program administration, the keeping of graduate records and the public availability of the CORE examinations through a provincial network of certified CORE examiners.
