This project involved renovating two home offices within the same household. The renovation consisted of:

— Removing all existing carpeting and replacing it with wooden floors that match other wooden floors within the house
— Removing existing wallpaper and replacing it with light coloured paint in one of the offices. The second office was accented with charcoal coloured paint on two of its walls.

— New recessed LED lighting was installed as well as new blinds.

— New custom white cabinets were installed in one of the offices.

— New furniture and floor rugs with modern designs were selected to replace existing ones.

This project involved a complete renovation for a kitchen in subtle tones of beige and white.

— New flooring (12” X 24” Tiles)

— New top of the range appliances

— New white cabinets. These new cabinets extended all the way to the ceiling to accentuate the height given that the ceiling level was rather low.

— Caesarstone for all countertops and 8”x8” tiles for the backsplash

— New recessed ceiling LED lighting and under cabinet LED lighting as well as new suspended lighting

— Extended the island to accommodate seating .

Bathroom make-over involving multiple design elements, including:

- Retiling the floor and walls using 24”x48” distressed looking tiles installed on heated floor.

- Top of the line LED lighting mirror.

- Redesigned modern vanity with Caesarstone counter top and high-end faucets and matching handles.

- Walk-in shower fitted with Aquabrass faucets and fittings and black accent railing supporting the glass panel.

- Top of the line Toto toilet with matching washlet.

New kitchen for my client with following pictures you would see the kitchen looks larger then before due to 3 Factors
- I took the upper cabinets to the ceiling that gives height to the room
-went with light color on the back splash that gives a sense of continuity that makes the wall look taller

-Did à large island that gives a good working space and gives a sense of a wide space .

Master bathroom shower needed to be renovated they was a leek below the tiles causing rust through out the years , my client needed to fix that before moving in .
We started with demolition then installed new plumbing and insulated the floors and walls to code , it was hard finding new tiles that will go with the old ones so installed 2x2inch tiles in the same color scheme ....voilà it worked 👏
