The most meaningful board I’ll ever ride. .snowboarding ❤️❤️❤️ thank you so so much. Thank you 🥹 and for making this happen. For jeff, who can’t be here, who’d want us to still try our best to find some joy in the mountains. We’re trying our damn hardest. 💔 we go up there to see signs, to feel close to his spirit. It’s all healing and powerful and sad and hard but somehow it feels right when we get to celebrate him with this community. We miss you jeff. Khybers on skis but we’ll get him standing sideways soon.

Mother’s Day after losing the love of your life feels painful and lonely especially since so much joy in motherhood was tied to sharing that life experience with jeff. On the same token the flip side is that becoming a mom with jeff was the absolute highlight of my life. Khyber brings me so much joy. Although the grief sits with me in every breath I take, I feel so incredibly gifted that we have had khyber enter our lives end and I see so much of jeff in him every single day. Motherhood, deep heartbreak and gratitude exist side by side. Today I’m thinking of all the moms out there carrying love, loss, exhaustion, beauty, and resilience all at once. ❤️❤️❤️

A full circle I’m not crying moment for khyber and I, giving Sansalone the Jeff award. Jeff and Kevin made cult classic snowboard videos, forming the SKids crew back in the day (Seymour kids). Which is also where the jk logo is from. And tbh I used to be afraid of getting too close to them because they lived up to their name! Haha 🤣 jk jk.. in true jeff fashion, when Khyber was asked to say who the winner was he gave a big fart kiss to the 🎤. He giggled and it made me so happy that he was able to have a joyous moment celebrating jeff to one of our dearest friends who’s known jeff and I since the beginning. Kevin, thanks for showing up this week! Right before khyber announced the winner he wanted to cancel the award. So I was so so proud of him for stepping up to announce Kevin winning. It’s hard feeling all the ups and downs with khyber as we both grieve together. But this means a lot to us to keep Jeff’s spirit alive. Thank you for creating a beautiful tribute for jeff in , where the mountain and surf cultures collide, and the best surf skate snow contest on the west coast ! 🤘🏽

, I miss following you in life. 💔

I’ll always remember this as “lovers line”. I asked Spencer and Marie to shoot photos and film us together. A rare moment as jeff was always behind the camera or I’d trade places with him to get in a media lap. You never really know how valuable capturing moments are until they’re gone.

Thank you friends, once again… that was such a beautiful gathering. 🥲🥹🙏🏼

My first chairlift yesterday was with Khyber, taking him to the top of Dark Run. His first ski down from the top. The pit in my stomach was heavy, knowing Jeff wasn’t going to experience that moment together as a family 💔 another trigger 💔 another deep breath.

Yesterday, the grief softened into gratitude and loving appreciation of what Jeff brought us while he was here. Bittersweet as they say. I love this community. We really feel the love. It keeps us going, thank you friends and fam. Tears of joy & tears of sorrow. It all belongs.
I am incredibly proud to be apart of this community. In the hardest times you really feel what it means to have people show up and have your back. Holy s**t what a roller coaster of a life. ❤️💔🙏🏼

Thank you jeff for the energy you left behind, still connecting us all. Missing you forever.

April 3 2024 💔 Khyber made Jeff this epic dinosaur cake, and we had no idea it would be our last celebration of Jeff’s birthday together. There is so much I miss about doing life together.
Jeff was my biggest life inspiration. He lived with so much integrity and authenticity. Definitely not surprised when our friends started saying this were “JK approved” 😆 Jeff’s gauge of things being worthy were always right on point. And we all loved following him around, because there was always something special about to unfold. He had a way of finding the magic in life and bringing us into it all. 💔 forever grateful for the love he brought into my life.

Happy birthday Jeff, I miss you more than words.

Ohhh my heart 😭 Jeff put khybers first camera in his hands when we went on a road trip in the camper, to glacier national park when he was just 2. , 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🥹 khyber’s learning to see life through a lens that was once Jeff’s. 😭🥹 So heartbreaking and powerful and beautiful at the same time. I trust with my entire heart that jeff is still guiding us. ❤️❤️❤️ thank you for these candid moments of us.
