AeroTek is proud to announce that the company has been approved for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) by NADCAP. The approval includes the following aerospace processes:

- AC7114/1 Rev O – Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI), and
- AC7114/2 Rev N – Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).

After many years of effort, AeroTek is now ready and scheduled for audits by Bombardier, Collins, and Bell Helicopter, with other aerospace OEMs to follow.

Once the OEM approvals are received, AeroTek will be able to provide Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) on aerospace and other parts, potentially up to 20 feet in length. Our 16-ft bench for NDT is one of the largest in Ontario.

AeroTek is pleased to announce the confirmation of an audit date set by PRI for a NADCAP audit of AeroTek’s new Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) installation in January 2023.

The NDT line includes: FPI/LPI Line (to handle parts 5 feet long and more) and MPI Line (to handle parts up to 11 feet long).
