Tuesday Truth - Family law and having your day in court. The reality is that you will spend very little (if any) time in front of a judge. Discussions, arguments, negotiation and agreements happen outside of the court process.
Consider whether emotions, which are often the defense for positions, are relevant in a court of LAW. Being in the family court system is about the law, it is not about hurt feelings, proving right or wrong or having your day in court.
