As mediators I'm not sure we do enough to celebrate our successes because we can't share so much of the great work we do. I was reminded of that when this came up on my feed today. On September 22, 2023 I was the proud recipient of the Ontario Association for Family Mediation President's Award for leadership in the practice of family mediation. I have and continue to put the work in to create awareness of our family mediation community, our colleagues and identify areas of collaboration, growth and change. Thank you for joining me on this journey! (and cheers to me today haha)
