Experienced Logging Foreman Wanted!
Granger Forestry is expanding and looking for an experienced Logging Foreman to join our team
Based out of Whitecourt Alberta, we specialize in oil and gas clearing and transportstion services as well as stump to dump logging operations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the day-to-day supervision of crews and field operations, reporting directly to our Field Operations Manager.
Vast experience in both oil and gas clearing and production logging is required.

What We're Looking For:
▪️Previous logging foreman or supervisory experience
▪️Strong oil & gas clearing and production logging experience
▪️Ability to safely manage crews and meet production targets
▪️Ability to operate all logging and road building equipment as required
▪️Strong knowledge of logging equipment and field operations
▪️Ability to plan daily work and keep crews and equipment productive
▪️Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
▪️Commitment to safety, equipment care and accountability
▪️Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and current 3-Year Driver's Abstract
▪️Willingness to travel and stay in camp or hotels when required
▪️H2S Alive, First Aid and Ground Disturbance are considered strong assets.
▪️Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required as well as pre-access testing for projects as required

This is not an entry-level supervisory position. We're looking for an experienced logging professional who can lead a crew, take ownership of day-to-day operations and keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.
We strongly prefer candidates local to the Whitecourt and surrounding areas. Preference will be given to local candidates or those willing to relocate.

Granger Forestry is expanding and has multiple projects starting up across Alberta. We are currently hiring experienced Feller Buncher Operators and Processor Operators to join our growing team.

Based out of Whitecourt, Alberta, we specialize in oil and gas clearing and production logging. We maintain a strong backlog of steady work and typically keep our crews busy year-round, with the exception of normal spring breakup.

We're looking for operators who take pride in their work, care for their equipment, work safely, show up with a positive attitude and want to build a long-term career with a company that values its people.

We also do some production work as well, so there are typically no gaps between projects other than breakup.
Preference will be given to individuals local to Whitecourt AB and surrounding area who are interested in a long term career within our growing operation. Accommodations are provided when working away from Whitecourt as well as a daily LOA paid when working away from Whitecourt
