My idea for this business is to provide office administration services to small businesses, as in 3 or less employees, that wouldn't be able to justify the expense of a fully staffed and equipped office, but are busy enough that taking care of business administration gets in the way of doing paid work.
The system I am selling includes a fully functioning phone system that can do 24/7 call handling, web-accessible software interfaces for scheduling, tracking, and managing jobs, payroll management, documentation, bookkeeping, and similar kinds of administrative tasks. It also includes a full time individual who can handle everything from day-to-day generic office tasks to business-specific services such as social media updates, procuring hardware, or scheduling vehicle/equipment maintenance.
Basically, all the things an entrepreneur would have to sit at his desk or get on the phone to do, that is what we will do. After all, folks open businesses to make money at the work they like and are good at, not to give up their Saturdays and/or evenings catching up on paperwork. For business owners who relate to this problem, this is the solution.
