Today is National Boss's Day and we could not let it pass without celebrating our CEO, Ben Power! 🎉

Ben is the kind of leader who will stop to say hello to every employee he passes, who celebrates every win and takes every lesson to heart. His care for the environment, for northern communities and for the people who make up this company is something we do not take for granted.

Thank you for everything you do, Ben!

It was National Dog Day yesterday and we'd like to celebrate some of the many dogs of Solvest! 🐶🐾

One of our core values is trust, and there's no better example of trust in our day-to-day than our best friends! They work around the clock to make sure their people are loved, supported and reminded of what really matters. We appreciate every one of them and love seeing them around the office.

Do you bring your dog to work? Tell us in the comments!

⚡ An in-house manufactured PowerPod, built right here in Whitehorse and installed at a remote site in the Yukon, is now entering the commissioning phase. From the warehouse floor to the field, this project is a true reflection of what our team is capable of 🔋🌿

Great teams don't just happen. They are built, one day, one week, one year at a time.

Its usually paintballing. This year, our employees traded the office and the field for downtown Whitehorse, taking on a scavenger hunt that had teams working together, thinking on their feet, and having a lot of fun along the way. The evening wrapped up with a delicious dinner courtesy of Yukon Bunsik . 🍽️

Workplace culture is not just a nice thing to have. Companies with strong, healthy cultures retain great people, do great work, and build something that lasts. Last Friday was a reminder of why that matters.
