MARKET REPORT for Tuesday October 6th. 2700 cattle through the ring.

Tuesday’s market saw stronger averages throughout all classes of feeders, especially heavier steers and heifers. Seems to be lots of demand across all the feeder cattle. Calf numbers will start to rise across the country over the next 2 weeks. Will be interesting to see if this puts any pressure on the market. There’ll be 2700 + on offer for next week’s Presorted sale. Be sure to consign early as sales are filling fast!
