Mary Lynn, or MLO as she is often referred to, has been a key part in much of her community’s economic growth and development throughout the years.

She has been a foundational thread in the economical and social fabric of the Anishinabek people of Wiikwemkoong. Participating in community growth for over 25 years, she has been steady in guiding the economic engine and represents a direct link between the visionary leaders of the past, and a prosperous, self-determined future, building tangible opportunities that strengthens community and Nation.

Looking to build your skills, gain experience AND get paid?

Wiikwemkoong Ontario Works and Wii-ni n’guch-tood LMS, in partnership with Cambrian College, are offering a Professional Office Administration Course this September!

September 8–25, 2026
9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Industrial Park

The program includes 3 weeks of Office Administration training followed by a 3-week paid work placement.

Transportation and lunch will be provided, and support with childcare costs may also be available.

Spots are limited, so register early!
