One of my favourite relaxing 😎 techniques is to do artwork.

I was introduced to this by a friend and zentangle is still one of my favourites.

It’s helped me with my migraines by using a different part of my brain where I can just let go and relax into the creation.

A full 20-30 mins of this type of art has been known to “settle the mind and nerves”

I love that I can bring it wherever I go and when noises around me bother my head I can just grab a tile and center myself and breathe.

It’s no wonder in my Human Design I have the “artist and artistic channel” as well as the “low” in sound and motivation.

Both of these confirm I’ve 🐝 been doing what’s in alignment for my health and joy. 🤩

This pic came up on my memories from 6 years ago...

I labelled it "mom I know you are not feeling well, but I'm BORED..bored, bored bored." lol

Booker has definitely gotten more greys in the last 6 years, and I remember those days well!

I was on 18, yes you read that right.... 18 DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS for my migraines!

I know I spent more time in bed trying to get a foothold on our life.

My spouse had just gone through cancer, we lost a child who was 27 years old, I started a new part time job in legal aid.

I had also gained over 50+lbs.

It's hard to believe my journey since then.

Our family is slowing healing....

I've left corporate and work for myself with a couple of different income streams...

I help women who have left corporate to get more leads and sales using LinkedIn (this is seriously the blue ocean for you and your business)

I do that through using Personality/Human Design as tools.... (which I've been a Personality Dimensions Facilitator for over 22 years and have used personally to increase my own team/business by 148% in a year)

and here's the BEST part of what has happened to me in just the last 18 MONTHS...

I am off all of those pills! Yes, you heard that right...I no longer take 18 different kinds of medication daily!

Up until this month I was down to three...well our movers accidentally Packed my pills so I was without for almost 10 days until we found the box.

I realized, hey, I've been doing fine and not had a migraine, I used breathe work and my Human Design with my strategy and authority to either 'Breathe' or 'Be still' and eat according to my Design.

And even better....

I've lost most of the weight...over 35 lbs...but I'm noticing how even my clothes have changed.

I literally put on Size 6 pants the other day!!!! I haven't worn that size in over 6 years!

Guess I gotta go shopping...as I gave away most of my clothes that were TOO BIG when we moved a few weeks ago.

Thank you Booker for a great reminder of who, and where I was 6 years ago!

You can do this too....don't let circumstances stop YOU from being who YOU are meant to be for the world!!!!

Busy getting my new office done up (it's still a work in progress haha)

I was just live on a call with one of my accountability partners and we were going over our numbers together!

We realized a couple of things!

1) Moving is expense...it cost us over $8k to move. We had to pay our rent in two homes, extra moving costs, pet deposit (we Love Booker, Miss Naughty and Cinderella but they cost us haha), having to get a storage unit...ect

2) I've taken a bit of a hiatus from my regular coaching to Learn my Human Design in even more detail and I've added this as another tool, but I've also had to pay to learn this. It's been cool though as I've already had a few clients to work with as I'm learning. wink wink

3) We have implemented a stream of income that has brought in an additional $17,851 since May. This extra has paid the bulk of our moving as well as the extra's in our home.

So cheers to all the other entrpreneurs out there who also work from home while making a significant income!

My authority with Human Design and Personality Dimensions has always been this:

"Do what you love and get better at it...and hire out the rest"

This should be your mantra if you are a Generator or Manifesting Generator, or in Personality Dimensions a high Orange/Green

I personally have been doing this for over 29 years! I have always paid a support team, a coach or a mentor to help guide me while doing what I love .... which is showing this to YOU!

If you are feeling a 'nudge' to do more with your skills, reach more people with your vision, coach more humans with their unique skills...that nudge is for a reason.

Listen to the nudge, be great at being YOU and what you bring to the other!

My office view is so pretty 🤩 I’m still organizing boxes 📦 but if you look closely we have a momma deer 🦌 and you can see one of the spotted babies

Since diving more into human design and adding this as a tool for the past 18 months my work is to bring nature and the nature of things to YOU and your beautiful business

Just looking at this while I create brings me daily joy 🤩 and satisfaction

I’ve always loved 🥰 to mentor and coach simple sales conversations which start with knowing you and the love 💕 language of your ideal client.

Now I get to add an even deeper dimension into this work with Human Design alongside Personality Dimensions

This has allowed me to release 35 lbs of weight, bring in work and clients I love 💕, my monthly money 💰 just keeps going up monthly while doing less.

Less of what is not “me” and more of who I’m designed to be.

Sounds interesting 🤔 doesn’t it???

Whooo HOOOO! Shout out the Lovely Lady Di! I've been coaching and helping her with TikTok for awhile now and....

As per my Inner GEEEK she has finally BROKE THE CODE!

We honed her message (according to her Personality...a TRUE BLUE btw) and she is all about Community and Service!

In the last THREE weeks she has literally gone from under 50 Tiktok Followers to now over...well just see below haha!

And I taught her some super SECRET ninja tips for HER that has increased her views to over 600+ on her videos!!!
