Superior Self Loading is seeking 2 mechanics for work in our Williams Lake shop. These are full time positions suitable for a journeyman or an apprentice mechanic. Candidates with experience and no certification will also be considered. Candidates must have a valid BCDL, be able to work independently or as part of a team. The ability to trouble shoot, order parts and schedule repairs will be asset's.

Job 1. A mechanic to complete maintenance on a fleet of log trucks, low beds and trailers. This includes daily repairs that arise, scheduled maintenance, trouble shooting of wiring and air issues, recognizing warranty issues, etc. There will be occasional roadside service calls. This position is full time working a modified day/afternoon shift.

Job 2. A full time tire man to service tires for our 22 truck fleet. Tire changes, tire inventory, seasonal tire changes, flat repairs, general duties in the shop. There will be occasional roadside service calls. This is a full time position working dayshift.

Hytest Timber Ltd. is seeking experienced logging equipment operators to work in and around Williams Lake. Currently work is available for processor and buncher operators. Workers will be expected to work safely and productively operating a fleet of late model machinery. Work is camp based on a 5/2 schedule. Preference will be given to people with previous experience but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Applicants must have a clean BCDL and be able to provide 2 work references.

Superior Self Loading is seeking a mechanic for a busy log hauling shop located in Williams Lake. Applicants will be part of a team working primarily on a fleet of late model log trucks and heavy equipment. Duties include fleet maintenance and a variety of repairs on log trucks, log trailers and some heavy equipment. We offer a challenging and fast paced work environment with a friendly atmosphere, good wages and benefits. Hytest Timber is seeking an experienced buncher operator for full time work. Qualified applicants will be bunching on moderate to steep slopes using flat bottom and tilting bunchers. Work is in the Williams Lake and 100 Mile House areas. Great wages, pickup provided, motel and LOA where needed. If you can load or deck would also be an assett. Hytest Timbers sister company Superior Self Loading is seeking a licensed or apprentice commercial transport or heavy duty mechanic. Work is in our busy logging truck shop in Williams Lake. The work is repairs and maintenance on a fleet of logging and lowbed trucks as well as various other commercial trucks and trailers that are part of the logging equipment fleet. Applicants must be prepared to work a modified day/early evening shift of 40-50 hours per week in the shop with the occasional roadside call.
