MPTI is looking to continue to grow our business and would be happy to assist you with any of the following:

• Contract Production Injection molding (100T-2500T Engel)
• Production of painted and mold in-color parts
• Film insert molding (FIM & In-mold decoration) of non-registered decorative films i.e. wood grain and technical patterns.
• Thin sheet Vacuum forming and trimming (0.01”-0.04”) film, ABS, TPE, HIPS, PET, PC, etc.
• Heavy Gage, Thick Sheet Vacuum Forming (0” to 0.375”) of HDPE, LDPE, ABS, PC etc.
• Custom packaging design & vacuum formed dunnage (designed in-house, to meet your needs)
• Product feasibility design assistance
• Rapid prototyping (FDM printed, Aluminum Injection molds & vac forms) at our In-House tool shop.
• Production tooling (Production steel tooling built to customer specs, at our in-house tool-shop)
• Miscellaneous secondary operations to compliment our customer needs (assembly, pad printing, hot stamping, trimming etc.)
