We are incredibly proud of our ]team for their dedication to giving back to the community! Recently, more of our team members, Marel and Rainy, volunteered their time at Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) (RMHC), baking a variety of delicious homemade recipes for families in need. 🍪🍰

Our volunteers rolled up their sleeves and showcased their culinary skills, creating a warm and comforting environment for the families staying at RMHC. It was a wonderful opportunity to spread joy, provide support, and connect with the community on a deeper level.

A big thank you to Rainy and Marel! Your efforts truly make a difference and embody the spirit of compassion and teamwork that MAP stands for.

🌞🌑 Is anyone else excited to witness a celestial spectacle like no other?! The MAP team is buzzing with excitement for the solar eclipse happening this Monday! 🌞🌑

We even got our hands on some special eclipse glasses to experience this rare event safely. It's not every day that we get to witness the moon passing in front of the sun, creating an awe-inspiring sight for all of us to behold.

Our team headed to the Windy City last weekend and had an enriching experience exploring the latest trends and innovations in the dental industry. 🏙️🦷

The Chicago Dental Society MidWinter Meeting proved to be an invaluable opportunity to connect with industry experts, attend insightful sessions, and network with fellow dental professionals. 🤝

Develop a Plan

Set realistic goals and timelines of reflection for yourself. Small, progressive changes are better than large, complicated ones. Choose one or two positive habits to incorporate into your life instead of multiple at once. Then, develop methods to ensure you stay on track, like utilizing a calendar and setting deadlines ahead of time, or meal prepping on your off day and freezing your meals, so they are prepared when you’re hungry and crunched for time to cook.
