We’re proud to introduce NXG+ 💙

NextGen’s community impact initiative, created to bring our team, suppliers and partners together to make a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work.

We’re kicking off NXG+ with The Warmth Project. ❄️

This winter, we’re challenging our supplier partners to help keep local kids warm.

For every 10 children a supplier outfits with a warm coat, hat and pair of mitts or gloves, NextGen will match the donation.

10 kids become 20. 🧤🧥

Participating suppliers will be recognized as NXG+ Community Partners and invited to NextGen’s first annual Supplier Appreciation Luncheon.

Our goal is simple. Use the strength of our supply chain to create an impact that goes well beyond manufacturing.

Donations will be accepted until November 13, 2026.

We’re especially proud to be the only Windsor company and only mold manufacturer in Canada to make this year’s list.

The end of an era today at NextGen.

Our last remaining machine from Enterprise Mold, the Dahlih, officially left the building.

Now… was it reliable? Not even a little bit.
Did it drive us crazy sometimes? Absolutely.

But through all the headaches, breakdowns, and late-night repairs, that machine helped get us to where we are today.

It was part of the early days of building NextGen. The long hours, the risk, the pressure, and the growth. Looking back now, it’s hard not to appreciate what that chapter meant to our company.

Funny how even the machines that gave you the most problems can still become part of the story.

NextGen Mold Technologies is proud to announce that we have been awarded a $1,000,000 grant from the Ontario Government to support continued investment in advanced manufacturing technologies.

This funding is part of Ontario’s broader initiative to support workers and industries impacted by global tariffs and economic uncertainty. It will help NextGen continue to modernize our operations, strengthen our competitiveness, and create high-quality manufacturing jobs in Windsor.
