Welcome to downtown Windsor, O-Hive AI! 👋

We’re excited to welcome O-HIVE to 300 Ouellette Avenue, the University of Windsor’s Advanced Computing Hub. Their AI-powered spatial vision tools help manufacturers with visual inspections, defect detection and safety checks in real time, and they’re ready to use from day one.

They’re also already working with three UWindsor co-op students this semester, which is exactly the kind of connection between talent and industry we love to see downtown.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the TransForm IT Infrastructure Manager, the Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for the effective planning, maintenance and support of an assigned core technology platform (which could include one or several of: Virtual Server Infrastructure, Virtual Application Presentation, Enterprise Networking, Enterprise Storage and Backup & Recovery solutions, Cisco Call Manager, etc.)

This role combines both a strategic component (planning, standards, business cases) and tactical component (procurement, build, test, deploy), on a variety of initiatives ranging from enterprise projects, minor project work and daily support activities. The Senior Technical Analyst acts as Subject Matter Expert on defined core technologies enabling the development and deployment of standardized regional solutions.

⚡ HIRING ⚡TransForm Shared Service Organization is currently hiring for a Project Assistant.

💼 Temporary, Full-Time, 1-Year Contract
💰 $26 – $30 per hour
📍 Hybrid: Both remote and on-site work in the Erie St. Clair and Grey Bruce / Owen Sound Regions

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Assistant (PA) position is a great entry level position into healthcare project management, as PAs quickly become an integral member of our team by providing the necessary business support, during integral project-related milestones, efficiently, successfully and within the agreed terms of the project. Each PA will support a work stream as they work through the adoption and regionalization phase of the project. As the project rolls out, the PA will support other project teams and participate in testing, project management, training and change management activities.

As a PA, you will work in a busy project team environment that provides a full range of administrative, coordination, and project management support to the day-to-day workflow of the various clinical or technical work streams. This position must function with limited supervision and requires considerable proactive coordination with project staff work demands. The ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment, and accountability for various processes and projects is crucial.
