These 3D simulations give my clients and I a great pre visual. This helps the process when building or renovating. The top 2 images are to help decide whether to add a knee wall or have an all glass shower.
The knee wall made the cut!! It adds another layer and dimension to this elegant coastal bath.

Sustainable Sunday!

I sold my mismatched chairs and scored 10 of these solid wood bistro chairs for $25.00 each. I love that it saved them from the landfill. 💜

I recently received these images and remembered that this beauty was almost a 2 year process from concept to completion, helping the homeowners to realize their dream home.
I love the process of collaboration and assisting right from the very beginning of a new build or major renovation.
The anticipation, the dreaming and helping my clients get exactly the home and spaces within that are relevant and right for them.

Collaborating this past few months on this Historic Walkerville lower level.
Jobs finished before the pretties;
waterproofing, repointing brick, joist repair, electrical overhaul, plumbing overhaul, insulation added, new heating and cooling systems and ductwork and new windows ✅
Finally the loading in of custom cabinets for the bar and all the beautiful millwork. ✅✅
Let the fun and finishing begin! ✅✅✅
