Came across this article. I experience all of these every sale.
A lot of people don’t realize it’s not our stuff and we work on commission.  to those that complain about pricing think of it this way: if this was your Estate or a loved one, would you not want us to get as much as we can or are you satisfied pretty much giving away items that you worked your whole life to gather ? 
I am very fortunate to have gained an excellent group of customers and by no way, am I complaining, but there was always that one person! It’s very difficult for most of our families that we work for and try to make it as stress-free as possible.
