Bent Ridge Winery is located in Windsor Forks in the Avon Valley, Nova Scotia (across from Ski Martock and Ontree). Our red wines feature our Marquette red grape and we offer two white wines. Bent Ridge is also be the only winery in Nova Scotia to have a micro brewery, Bent Nail Brewery, making four rotating distinct beers. The trees are looking amazing today, but the wind is sadly expected to knock the blooms off soon. Glad we were able to enjoy their beauty while it lasted!

Free Music Fridays 🎶 Featuring: Behrooz Mihankhah Duo

Behrooz Mihankhah is an Iranian Canadian, ECMA-nominated composer, and pianist based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Inspired by his migrations through Iran, India and finally to Canada, Behrooz fuses various musical traditions, compositional techniques, and improvisational schools of thought and brings together listeners of various backgrounds.

His debut album “Lydium” was nominated in the jazz category of East Coast Music Awards as well as Music Nova Scotia. Behrooz was the 2023 recipient of Upstream’s Paul Cram Creation Award, composing a new work for orchestra “A Gorgon’s Tale” performed by Symphony Nova Scotia at the Open Waters Festival 2022.
