We’ve got a good evening coming together. On November 6th, we’re setting the Taproom for supper and some live music. New Style Catering is taking care of a three-course supper, and then we’ll clear the plates and turn the room over to Dominique Adams and Jacob Brodovsky .

We’ve got room for 50 guests, and more than half the seats are already spoken for. If you’ve been thinking about getting a few friends together, we’d love to have you!

There’s a particular kind of tired that comes at the end of harvest. Everyone’s running a little thin, equipment starts giving us grief, and the small setbacks feel a whole lot bigger when you’re this close to the finish line. Our team has been digging deep these last few weeks, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

So, last night Marcus and Matthew made the drive to Winnipeg and came home with an award from FoodBeverageManitoba.

On the drive home, the conversation turned to how Dead Horse got here in the first place. And just how many people have had a hand in making it what it is today.

Because Dead Horse has been shaped by the ideas, talents, hard work and sacrifices of some pretty incredible people. Those who’ve been right here doing the work alongside us, and those who’ve supported, encouraged and believed in what we’re doing.

There’s a lot of you in this one.

We’re pretty proud of it. And awfully grateful.

On Friday, November 6, we’re setting the Taproom for 50 guests and taking care of the whole night. A warm, three-course supper and a welcome pour around the table. Then we’ll clear the plates and turn the room over to Winnipeg songwriters Dominique Adams and Jacob Brodovsky.
