🦃 Turkey Buns have something in common with RV parts.

We've dished out lunch on nearly every production day since 2018. It started with the odd soup day, but grew & grew into a great "ICON" thing. Having staff energize and enjoy time together over a meal is beloved here.

This connects to our "Your Journey is the Experience" mentality - beyond RVing. Our manufacturing plant is something to experience, for staff, visitors and partners.

The Full Package!

Our RV Parts library has grown over the 30 years of serving RV owners. From front ‘eyebrows’ on an rv to the rear bumper, top of the AC unit to the waste tank underneath - most anything can get an ICON replacement.

Don’t be a crybaby!

RV owners & RV techs all know the importance of quality RV components - particularly on the roof. We’ve been making quality rooftop components like plumbing vent shrouds, AC Shrouds and Skylights for 30 years. We take our reputation of ‘great rv rooftop components’ seriously.

All of our parts that belong on the roof are produced of carefully selected materials that stand up to UV and weather exposure extremely well. THICK polycarbonate for the skylights, impact ready ‘HMW’ material for shrouds. Nothing beats it.

Formed & Trimmed to beautiful detail, but what does it do?

All kinds of RV parts have left our manufacturing plant in Winkler, MB - sometimes quite obscure (when seen in isolation). No matter what, we take great care in understanding the part and how it serves the RV Manufacturer and the RV Owner.

30 years of doing this and we’re still coming across and innovating with new replacement parts weekly. This one is fresh off the development cycle!

🫟What’s this gloop for?🫟

Having manufactured plastic RV parts in North America for 30 years, we have all kinds of surprising processes and materials.

Using upwards of 42 Gallons (160L) of this stuff a week, we are confident in it’s purpose… Which is: Gluing together tops of ABS waste holding tanks and gluing in the fittings! This seals the top of the tank and creates rigid, chemically bonded attachments for the fittings.

If your RV skylight looks like this… we need to talk. 😬

Nasty yellowed RV skylights can get a glow up with a brand new dome. ICON domes are tried, tested and true in industry for nearly 20 years.

We use polycarbonate that has a UV inhibitor baked in so that the “Yellowness factor” is greatly reduced over the lifetime of RV fun in the sun.

This UnderGuard RV underbelly protection demo will be at the Elkhart Open House this week. Industry, dealers & RV Manufacturers will have a chance to see this demo in person.

This is a BRAND NEW product for us that we’ve just started shipping - Although it’s very complimentary to RV parts we’ve made for decades. We’ve been making our holding tanks with similar underbelly protection considerations: High impact plastic, ribbed design to create rigidity and well thought out flange/install points.
