One year ago, I wrote a post about an exciting 2-week volunteer assignment opportunity in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), Vietnam. The assignment was intended to support the Saigon Tourist Hospitality College (STHC). Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances arose, leading to the cancellation of the trip and my inability to participate.
I'm thrilled to announce that, just one week from now, I'll embark on a journey to HCMC to engage in the same project. I'll collaborate with the Hotel Reception Department to enhance their Syllabus, Teaching Methodologies, Customer Service, and Professionalism this time. This project holds great promise for the program's Faculty and Students. I'm confident in my ability to offer guidance, leadership, and the necessary tools and resources to further the growth of STHC. The experience promises to be an incredible learning opportunity for me, as well.
