siness ventures either together or separately. The last business was a coffee/bistro that we owned for over 9 years and our business thrived ! However, as with any brick and mortar business it consumed us...physically, emotionally and at times also monetarily. We rarely had much time to do anything else and only had 2 vacations
( short) during the entire 9 years. The business eventually took it's toll on my husband's health ( cancer) so we made the decision to sell. We both retired however, it soon became apparent that the lifestyle we had envisioned was not going to happen with just the government pensions and limited proceeds from the sale of the business. That's when I decided to look for something I could do from home as I didn't want to go to work for someone else...and besides who was going to hire me at 65!!! We were vacationing in Mexico when good friends of ours introduced me to the online business opportunity. I have been doing this for over 3 years now and our lifestyle is so much better. Travelling to visit the grandchildren, not being limited to a frugal retirement lifestyle and living a healthier, happier life is so wonderful.
