FamilyClinic EMR is the product of FamilyClinic company initially from Hong Kong. In 2018, Dr. Chan started working on the GP administration system which was brought to Canada through the Canadian incubator program.

Yes, FamilyClinic will be customized to meet your needs. FamilyClinic is designed to be completely configurable. Also, our team works directly with each new client to ensure that the system is set up to your exact specifications.

What are the hardware requirements for FamilyClinic?
As FamilyClinic EMR is a fully cloud-based solution there are no specific hardware requirements. All web
browsers working under Windows and Mac operating systems as well as IOS and Android systems are supported.

Dr. Natural Chan – CEO
Dr. Natural Chan was educated in Hong Kong, graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong as a medical doctor, and subsequently was awarded a Diploma in Child Health by the Royal College of Physicians of London, UK; a Diploma in Occupational Medicine by the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Diploma in Practical Dermatology by Cardiff University. Dr. Chan has been practicing as a GP for over 23 years. During this time Dr. Chan has served at government hospitals, government general outpatient clinics, NGOs, and multinational companies as medical doctors and medical advisors. He is also a talented entrepreneur, involved himself actively in a few business ventures.
