Why?
Raising your prices would make your business better in almost every way.
Raising prices means you can pay your employees above market value. Attracting the best people in your service area to work for you means you’d create a company culture that people would fight to be a part of.
You could afford to wrap your fleet of vehicles, buy uniforms, invest in software, have employee benefits, rrsp matching. (You know, things that make a company, a company.)
Charging more means that you’d attract higher end customers and you would be able to create better value for your them! You would be able to afford to purchase better equipment, better materials, and you’d have a happier crew doing the work. Sounds like a win-win to me.
You could take your wife and kids on that vacation you dream of.
Profit isn’t a dirty word- it’s what you started your business for in the first place.
