Sometimes you have to walk away from something, even if you love it so much. Sorry I've been gone for so long but I have recently become re-inspired to use photography as a love once again...sessions are open! Christmas Cards are coming up fast!!!

I had to share. I am currently in Thailand and haven't posted because I've been hopping all over grabbing some beautiful snapshots of this wonderful country. I have to share something I'm pretty excited about. I went to go and interact with Elephants yesterday.
As some know Thailand does not always treat their elephants (among other animals) with a lot of respect and change is happening to keep these beautiful creatures unharmed and safe. If visiting thailand, please do not give money to elephants and their owners on the street, or ride them. The process to making elephants obedient is heartbreaking. I will get into that another time but as for now here's a peek into the beautiful elephants I had the honor of spending the day with, naturally, in the middle of a valley, the river and no riding at all. No circus preformances, just elephants being elephants. Elephant Nature Park thank you for starting the change of the way elephants are treated!
