After this week, we have one remaining menu to recycle! ♥️♻️

We have decided to switch up the menu’s!!

Although we will be keeping some favorites. We have decided to make changes, to ensure our clients do not get bored or complacent.

Even though meal prepping is made to be repetitive, we know that variety is very important.

We also have more exciting news coming up so stay tuned! 🤫⏳

Hard Truths 101:

- You will see no progress if you are not tracking calories or macros.

- You will see no progress if you are constantly drinking your calories...

- You will see no progress if you are not in a deficit.

- Sometimes the foods we ”think” are healthy, are better in moderation.

- One coffee containing cream or milk, contains huge amounts of fat and sugar. (yes, even without adding sugars — it’s in the milk) Sadly, you may not see progress if you are guzzling coffees.

It’s much easier if you aren’t alone.

We at Mercer Nutrition are here to aid in your success by doing all of the hard work. Not only do we grocery shop, prep and deliver meals for the week… we also calculate your caloric and macronutrient needs.👏🏽

✨HOW TO MEAL PREP:

1️⃣ - Make a general plan of what you need to do based on your goals. Calculate how much calories you need to be consuming.

2️⃣ - Gather healthy recipes that you want to make. 📖

3️⃣ - Get some containers to store your food.

4️⃣ - Schedule a few hours in your week to do the prepping. (Sunday is a great day to do it, as it prepares you for the week ahead.) 🗓

5️⃣ - Make a grocery list and go get the ingredients you need. 🛒

6️⃣ - Cook the food and put it into the containers for the week. 👨‍🍳

Meal prepping does not have to be hard. If you break it down into these easy steps then reaching your health and wellness goals seems alot more attainable then just winging it.

Here is the menu for the upcoming week.

We have made a slight change. We will be switching our Shepherds Pie to Lazy Shepherds Pie! 🥧

With the dish being deconstructed, it allows us to properly calculate macronutrients/portions for each client, while also creating a fresher look! ✅
