Hard Truths 101:
- You will see no progress if you are not tracking calories or macros.
- You will see no progress if you are constantly drinking your calories...
- You will see no progress if you are not in a deficit.
- Sometimes the foods we ”think” are healthy, are better in moderation.
- One coffee containing cream or milk, contains huge amounts of fat and sugar. (yes, even without adding sugars — it’s in the milk) Sadly, you may not see progress if you are guzzling coffees.
It’s much easier if you aren’t alone.
