I used to chase happiness through alcohol and external validation

Now I experience true joy, trust & internal safety and attract meaningful connections, experiences and $$$ into my life

❌ hustle, over-give, burnout, seek
✅ play, nap, serve, attract

The formula?

•Connection to the Body & Emotions
•Understanding How Energy Works
•Connection to the Higher Self & God (Creator/ Source/ Universe)

These methods connect you to your own unique Truth which allows you to create YOUR dream life from a place of pleasure & overflow

To actually enjoy being alive, and not just survive

I have struggled deeply with my relationship to my body over the years.

Diet culture, mis information, generational wounding, no proper education, all played a roll in this.

Despite being a personal trainer for the last 12 years, It wasn’t until I started womb healing that my relationship with my body actually changed.

The shift was internal, not something to be described with words.

But now I love and honour her deeply.
