These services have been designed to provide the expertise and support that would enable our First Nation clients to take effective and efficient control over their administration. he First Nation’s Chief & Council and community members in carrying out the duties of our contracts with First Nation clients.
• We perform our required duties in a proactive manner. We attempt to anticipate future problems and thereby reduce or eliminate the need for crisis management.
• We travel to all our communities on a regular basis. We are highly visible and address problems on a timely basis.
• We provide our services in a professional manner. The Community’s goals and objectives are what is expected to be achieved.
• We provide the required training to enable the First Nation to assume responsibility of their own affairs.
• It is our policy never to engage in or suggest any activity that appears or may appear to put us in a potential conflict of interest situation.
• It is our policy not to share any confidential First Nation information with anyone.
• First Nation business is the only business we are involved in.
