DRAGONFLY Consultation, Counselling & Research was co- founded by Raegan Elizabeth and Toni Tilston-Jones. Dragonfly provides counselling and therapy as well as organizational development and community development services. The DRAGONFLY team is comprised of accomplished, passionate individuals who are committed to providing support through the development of authentic, genuine, caring and collabo
rative relationships and the embracing of multiple perspectives. Building on these relationships,we strive to develop processes and practices that facilitate renewal, rebirth, transformation and meaningful changes with our partners. All of what we do is rooted in and guided by principles of equity, justice, integrity, love and humility.
