Sunday afternoon hits different when you’re already mentally running through everything that needs to happen before Monday. 😅

The farm doesn’t care that it’s Sunday, the house still needs attention, meals still need planning, and somehow 5–9 PM is supposed to be enough time to catch up on everything.

Tell me I’m not the only one. 😂👇

Harvest doesn’t exactly leave a lot of time for building something online. 🌾😂

So I’m learning to make those little pockets of time count.

Film the work.
Keep a few hooks ready.
Solve one problem.
Use the 10 minutes you have.

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to keep moving. 🐎

Harvest has a funny way of making every non-farm task feel like a “tomorrow” problem. 😂

The laundry will still be there.
The house will still need cleaning.
The messages will still need answered.

And yes… that little online business I’m building will still be waiting for me too. 🙈

Some seasons are just about doing what you can with the time you have—and picking it back up when you can.

I'm learning to stop waiting for the perfect chunk of time and start building around the time I actually have. 🚜🌾

The hardest part of busy season isn't always the work.

Sometimes it's feeling like you're missing the things you should be enjoying with your kids.

But I'm reminding myself that memories don't only happen at the lake

They happen in the buddy seat of a tractor. 🚜
On the way to check cows.
Eating snacks in the truck.😎
Running around the yard while Mom finishes "just one more thing.'

It might not be the summer I pictured, but it's still our summer

Most farm wives I know are already doing the work of three people.

You're helping on the farm..
working a iob...
raising kids...
keeping the house moving.... and somehow still worrying about money.

So when people say, "just work more, get another job," it feels frustrating because there's barely anything left to give.
I was out of gas doing what I was already doing.

What actually changed things for me was learning a skill I could build from home in small pockets of time - without leaving the farm, missing family time, or adding another exhausting schedule.

The goal has always been to add some breathing room and take the pressure off not add to it.
