Yesterday we did it! We made our big announcement!

We are opening the doors today to a brand new partnership born out of a passion for assisting leaders and managers with their development needs and supporting them with training and executive coaching.

Who are we?
We are the Leaders Lab Learning and Development Inc. founded by partners, Dianne McCoy and Jackie McConaghy! We have combined our efforts and we are offering new and existing clients our services based on decades of experience working with leaders and managers one-on-one or in groups/teams. Our experience with life-long learning has resulted in our focus on leadership and training and executive and team coaching.

We are passionate about supporting our clients and giving back to the community. We have both served as leaders on various boards in our communities and in particular, the President role with the International Coach Federation, Prairie Chapter Board serving the coaching community in Manitoba and Saskatchewan and reporting to global headquarters.

Leaders Lab Vision:
Our vision is to assist leaders and managers grow in their roles and in their capacity to provide effective, supportive practices that contribute to a coaching culture in their organizations. These practices support ongoing learning and development in communication and relationship-building skills and are embedded with values such as trust, respect, diversity, inclusion and equity.

What we offer:
We offer a variety of borderless services including coach training, executive coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution to leaders and managers. We offer a hybrid model of working with our clients through on-site engagements and working virtually.
