Today, Commissionaires Manitoba joins Canadians in recognizing the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. 🧡

We honour the children who never returned home from residential schools, the survivors, their families, and the communities who continue to live with the lasting impacts of the residential school system.

Today is a time to listen, learn, reflect, and recognize our shared responsibility to advance reconciliation.

Community is stronger when we work together!

Our Commissionaires Manitoba team was pleased to attend The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce's September Membership Luncheon, featuring Cordella Friesen, President and CEO of YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg.

The discussion, The Business of Belonging: Our City's Future, explored radical optimism and the importance of connection, collaboration and mutual support in building stronger communities.

The key takeaway? Growth doesn't happen in isolation. When we come together and work toward the greater good, we help create a stronger future for everyone.
