Our training is designed to equip you with the practical, hands-on skills necessary to thrive. The one of a kind Establishing Partnerships program empowers to you build relationships rooted in trust, alignment, and shared goals. For decades, and in partnership with the UofW PACE, our 4-module Career Coach Program offers the skills to coach your clients to success while earning you a certificate, building a you a solid foundation. Our Facilitation programs have impacted lives and changed the game for coaches and leaders not only in Career Development, but many other sectors. Learn, practice and gain feedback as you practice the 15 pillars of the behavioural method of facilitation. In partnership with UofM Extended Education, the completion of our Mastery Program can be used towards completion of your PDAL.

In September we launched the first redesigned module in our flagship Career Coach Program with Career Planning Coach.

We are so pleased that the feedback was so positive because it means we are providing something relevant, applicable and empowering for todays Career Coaches!

Next up, Job Search Coach October 21st and 22nd which is now full. Excited to hear more and learn from the participant's feedback.
