Our Facilitation programs have impacted lives and changed the game for coaches and leaders not only in Career Development, but many other sectors. Learn, practice and gain feedback as you practice the 15 pillars of the behavioural method of facilitation. In partnership with UofM Extended Education, the completion of our Mastery Program can be used towards completion of your PDAL.

This team at University of Manitoba recognized the importance of strong facilitation in managing change initiatives.

With courage they dove into development and delivery right from the start.

1 year ago Winnipeg Transition Centre underwent one of its biggest internal changes in some time with a change of leadership.
We are able to navigate the inherent challenges that come with change because the organization's programs are founded on the amazing development work of our Founder Ron Bartlette and the focussed delivery from our Facilitation team.

Over the last year we've had the privilege of serving over 300 participants in our programs from over 20 organizations. Thank you to everyone for trusting us with your learning and development!

A lot has changed:
🕛 We are focussed solely on training for professionals.
🕑 We introduced the new Establishing Partnerships program.
🕒 Renamed Facilitation Mastery and added the Instructional Style Indicator.
🕔 Introduced professional development MeetUps for program graduates.

Over the next year, more change to come. We have to. The world has changed, your reality has changed and our programs and delivery need to give you the most value for your development time.
