SHOP PAD COMPLETE!

Another project wrapped up by Elevation Property Services!

We recently completed the excavation and construction of a 30’ x 40’ shop pad, focusing on building a solid, stable foundation built to last.

Here’s a look at what went into this project:

Excavation and site preparation
Non-woven geotextile fabric installation
Geogrid installation for added ground reinforcement
2” recycled concrete base
3/4” down limestone for a smooth, finished surface
Material placed and compacted in 4” lifts, with continuous watering and compaction throughout the process to achieve a strong, well-packed base.

A quality shop pad starts from the ground up. Proper excavation, reinforcement, material placement, moisture control, and compaction are key to creating a dependable foundation for the structure above.

Another project completed!

We came in and built a solid, level shed pad to provide the proper base for this new shed. Once the pad was completed, we finished the surrounding area with fresh topsoil placement and final grading, followed by overseeding with quality grass seed to help bring the area back to life.

From proper base preparation to the finishing touches, we make sure the job is done right from the ground up.

DRIVEWAY RECONDITIONING — BEFORE & AFTER

This driveway was ready for a refresh! We came in with our specialty land leveler/reclamation attachment and completely reconditioned the existing driveway, bringing it back to a smooth, level and functional surface.

After reshaping and reclaiming the existing material, we added fresh aggregate material to cap it off, giving the driveway a clean, fresh look and a solid new surface.

A great option for driveways that have developed ruts, potholes, washouts, or uneven areas without needing a complete rebuild.
